Role description
As a Product Designer at Maintonia, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AIoT platform and digital products. We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and technology, enjoys turning complex workflows into intuitive interfaces, and is passionate about creating products that are both functional and user-friendly.

From dashboards and workflows to data visualization and mobile experiences, your work will directly influence how our users interact with and gain value from Maintonia.

What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of key parts of our platform, designing and implementing solutions that enhance performance, scalability, and reliability. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and continuously improve our technology.
- Design intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging interfaces for Maintonia’s platform.
- Translate complex technical workflows into simple, human-centered experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and bring features to life.
- Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
- Deliver prototypes, mockups, and design assets that support rapid development.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Product Designer with a strong portfolio in digital product design, ideally across web, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms. You should be proficient with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (we use Figma) and have a solid understanding of design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices. The right candidate will be able to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business goals, while collaborating effectively with engineers in an agile environment. Experience with IoT dashboards, industrial applications, or data visualization would be a strong plus.
